This is my first year at Thomas Jefferson Elementary. Previously, I taught five years at Thaxton Elementary. This is my forth year teaching 5th grade. I will be co-teaching with Mr.Brown. He will be teaching all the math and science and I'll be teaching all the Writing and History. My homeroom will have me for Reading and Word Wisdom.
It is essential that every night your child be studying and reviewing our current history content and past history content. With the amount of information that we cover in 5th grade it is highly important that they constantly stay on top of the information. There is just too much knowledge to try to cram in a short amount of time! |
